Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Houston to lead maintenance operations for multifamily communities. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems, manage cost-effective projects, and drive team development while ensuring top-notch service to residents and staff.

The role demands 8+ years in facilities maintenance across multifamily or hospitality settings, with proven leadership and cross-trade expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance in Multifamily or Hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances required.

Responsibilities

• Set scope, technical specs, budget tracking, schedule, materials/equipment requirements, subcontractor/vendor bidding and management, and overall planning and execution of cost-effective facility projects.
• Anticipate potential problems and implement preventive actions to ensure safety and operations standards are met.
• Provide leadership and development of maintenance team regarding scheduling, duties, and performance.
• Direct and oversee all maintenance work orders and unit turns with a focus on customer service for residents.
• Complete unit inspections and maintain orderly documentation.
• Maintain inventory of basic personal tools to complete task requirements.
• Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies cost-effectively.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems prior to scheduling repairs.
• Repair issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, etc.
• Perform on-call service requests and emergency calls as needed.
• Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company.
• Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor.
