Job summary

Timber Hollow Apartments in Ohio seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, oversee service teams, and ensure safety and efficiency across the property. You will manage service requests, make-ready tasks, and preventative maintenance, while coordinating with vendors and tracking budgets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge in HVAC/plumbing/electrical, and a commitment to resident experience. Evening/weekend on-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) and CPO certification.
• CAMT certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software such as Entrata.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations, including service requests, make-ready processes, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure overall property condition, safety, and appearance meets standards.
• Schedule, prioritize, and assign work orders for timely completion.
• Perform and support HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify needs and risks.
• Lead, train, and develop the service team; manage onboarding and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and budget for maintenance supplies.
