Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, service requests, and make-ready processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and supervise the service team.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work orders for timely completion.
• Perform and support HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and property standards across the community.
