Job summary

The Timbers, managed by Cushman & Wakefield, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for our multifamily community to ensure quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely service. You will respond to resident requests and uphold safety while delivering superior customer service across properties.

Key duties include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs, plus grounds and pool maintenance. A valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification are preferred to support

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance for multifamily properties preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Familiarity with safety codes and life-safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments with maintenance tasks such as painting and cleaning
• Respond to resident service requests promptly
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Maintain grounds, pools and common areas and address safety concerns
• Support on-call emergency procedures and document issues for budget awareness
