- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced apartment environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for a 300-unit community.
- Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians and vendors.
- Manage work orders, make-readies, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all safety standards and compliance requirements are met.
- Respond to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain property appearance, systems, and overall operational efficiency.
