ONYX Multifamily Group in DeSoto, TX is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at Eagle Creek Landing. You will manage the on-site team, oversee make-readies, and ensure timely service requests while upholding safety and resident satisfaction.

This full-time, on-site role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, EPA certification, and a hands-on leader ready to partner with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on apartment/multifamily maintenance experience.
• Experience as Maintenance Supervisor or equivalent.
• EPA Certification.
• Chiller/Boiler experience.
• Pool maintenance experience (CPO) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to work in varying weather and lifting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the community.
• Train and support on-site maintenance team.
• Manage service requests and work orders.
• Oversee make-readies and turnover timelines.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Coordinate vendors and maintain records.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
