Job summary

Cottonwood Residential is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations across our multifamily community in Texas. You will manage a service team, coordinate vendors, and ensure a safe, well‑maintained property with timely responses to resident requests.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multifamily maintenance and is certified (EPA Type II/Universal) with strong leadership and budgeting skills. On‑site work required; evenings/weekends may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• CPO and CAMT certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Entrata.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, service requests, and preventative maintenance.
• Lead and develop the service team; set performance expectations.
• Schedule, prioritize, and assign work orders; ensure timely completion.
• Manage vendor relationships and control maintenance budgets.
• Perform and support HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and high resident satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory, SDS logs, and accurate documentation.
