Quantum Residential in Seattle seeks an experienced property manager to oversee leasing, tenant relations, and daily operations of a multi-family community. You will convert inquiries to leases, manage occupancy, and ensure high service levels.

Responsibilities include rent processing, coordinating maintenance, preparing reports, and enforcing policies in accordance with LIHTC/HUD guidelines where applicable. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; two years related property management experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong administrative and filing skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, manage time, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries to leases to maintain occupancy.
• Leverage sales skills to demonstrate market-ready units and close prospects.
• Prepare and maintain lease files; conduct credit and reference checks.
