Job summary

Indigo Real Estate Services is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a multifamily property in Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident services, leasing coordination, and strong financial stewardship within LIHTC guidelines.

You will supervise a team, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with all applicable housing laws and company policies while collaborating on marketing and budget processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, including LIHTC experience, is required.
• Ability to supervise a team of 3+ members and coordinate diverse tasks.
• Strong communication and written skills are essential.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day property operations and leasing activities.
• Lead office workflow, run daily team meetings, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Meet financial objectives and preserve property value and fair housing compliance.
• Train staff and manage leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure safety policies and timely accounting for revenue and expenses.
