Job summary

Enviroplex - A Division of McGrath is seeking a Team Lead in Stockton, CA to guide a crew servicing and repairing modular buildings. You will coordinate schedules, assign tasks to modular mechanics, and ensure work meets quality standards.

The role requires 4–6 years in construction, ability to read blueprints, and strong leadership. Local travel may be involved; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. This on-site position offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Able to effectively lead a team and offer guidance and direction.
Able to read blueprints, schematics, procedures and company work orders.
Able to work outside in variable weather conditions.
Ability to use both manual and power tools and follow operating guidelines.
Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
Prior experience leading 6+ employees.
Knowledge of CBC/IBC/ADA is a plus.
Spanish language preferred.
Valid Driver's License.
4–6 years construction/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and prioritize work schedule for production crew; assign tasks and verify quality.
Perform preventative maintenance and construction on modular buildings (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, cleaning).
Monitor team productivity, quality and safety.
Maintain tools, supplies and 5S compliant work areas.
Participate in safety meetings and audits.
Provide training and coaching to crew members; backfill for other leaders as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
