Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation is seeking a Team Lead to supervise a crew in servicing and repairing modular buildings. You will coordinate workloads, assign tasks to modular mechanics and maintenance staff, and verify quality to meet company standards.

You will also perform preventative maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks, while enforcing safety practices and LEAN principles. Experience leading a team of 4–6+ and fluency in Spanish are valued.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising a crew in construction or related trades.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of safety policies, OSHA requirements, and 6S housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize the work schedule for the production crew.
• Lead modular building maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and cleaning.
• Monitor team performance to meet productivity, quality and safety targets.
• Ensure tools, supplies, and workspace comply with 6S standards.
• Provide training and coaching to crew members; backfill for other leaders when needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety audits and documentation.
