• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead production crew; schedule, assign tasks, train as needed, ensure quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance and construction on modular buildings (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting).
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and safety; maintain production records.
• Ensure tools, supplies, and workspace meet 5S standards; participate in safety meetings.
