Mobile Modular Management Corporation is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to supervise and repair modular buildings. You will coordinate production schedules, verify quality, and work closely with other departments to align goals and timelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and mentorship. As a hands-on leader, you will perform preventative maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and cleaning, while guiding a team to meet productivity and safety standards in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in construction or related industry and at least 1 year leading trades
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
• Ability to read company work orders, instructions and floor plans
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with ability to guide and motivate a team
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and vendors
• Demonstrated flexibility handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety policies and ability to perform tasks safely
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to read construction documents in English and guide the crew
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize production schedule for the crew and assign tasks
• Perform hands-on preventative maintenance and construction on modular buildings (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting)
• Monitor team performance to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets
• Maintain tools, supplies, and workspace per 5S standards
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to OSHA requirements
• Mentor and train team members to enhance skills and career growth
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback on responsibilities
• Assist in developing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Act as back-up for other leaders when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
