Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on construction experience in buildings or modular construction.
• 3+ years in a production, construction, or related environment with people management.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
• Experience reading blueprints and estimating projects.
• Prior LEAN project experience and safety improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality modular construction projects on time and on budget.
• Hands-on supervisor, directing daily work of Production Teams.
• Maximize efficiency by applying lean practices and best cost controls.
• Manage multiple construction groups across projects and sites.
• Ensure code and quality compliance per applicable standards and regulations.
• Provide safety leadership and training to Production Team Leads.
