Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation, a division of McGrath, seeks a hands-on supervisor to lead modular construction teams in a production environment. You will review plans, monitor costs, and ensure quality, safety, and deadlines across multiple sites.

You will develop schedules, train team leads, and drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance with safety and building codes. Strong leadership and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on construction experience in remodeling, renovation or repairs.
• 3+ years management experience in production/construction environments.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
• Experience reading blueprints and doing project estimates.
• LEAN project experience and safety program improvements.
• Strong communication, prioritization and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver modular construction projects on time and on budget.
• Supervise production teams and daily work requirements.
• Improve efficiency by streamlining processes and reducing costs.
• Manage multiple groups on various modification/repair projects.
• Ensure quality, safety, and code compliance of all work.
• Lead safety training and daily toolbox talks.
• Develop and coach team members and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with other managers to optimize workflows.
