The role requires at least 2 years in construction with 1 year leading teams, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to read blueprints. We value teamwork, safety compliance, and mentorship for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction or related industry with at least 1 year leading general construction trades
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and company work orders
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in variable weather and perform manual labor tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead a production crew and prioritize the work schedule
• Perform preventative maintenance and construction on modular buildings (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting)
• Monitor productivity, quality and safety; keep production records
• Maintain tools, supplies and workspace per 5S standards
• Provide training and mentorship to team members
• Help develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
