Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with several years of leadership experience.
• Minimum of three years in a people leadership role with a track record of developing teams and driving performance.
• Must hold a valid state driver’s license and have a safe driving record.
• Willingness to travel within the market to meet with technicians and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mobile fleet technicians and provide hands-on leadership.
• Drive market growth through customer relationships and service expansion.
• Monitor metrics, safety, and compliance to ensure operational excellence.
• Onboard, train, and ramp up new technicians as the market expands.
• Collaborate with HR, Parts/Procurement, IT, and other teams to support growth.
