The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in a related field, with at least 1 year in a lead role. Travel to client sites and adherence to DOT policies are essential components of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years in related field; 1+ year in management or lead role.
• Safe drivers and 3+ year MVR review; valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15+ technicians, provide leadership and guidance to deliver company results.
• Coach and mentor direct reports; review metrics and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with market team to set goals and strategies for productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, and environmental regulations.
• Onboard technicians and provide access to systems and resources.
