Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Mobile Technician Leader to join our Management Team in Kentucky to guide a growing fleet service operation. You will provide hands-on leadership to a team of mobile technicians, coach and mentor direct reports, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver superior service and outcomes.

The role emphasizes market development, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, with accountability for safety, budgets, and scalable processes as Cox expands its footprint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 6+ years in a related role.
• Experience leading mobile fleet technicians and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of mobile fleet technicians to achieve productivity and revenue goals.
• Drive continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and regulatory standards across markets.
• Collaborate with dispatch, parts, and billing to align operations with growth strategy.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard technicians to scale the team.
