Cox Fleet, a nationwide mobile maintenance leader, is seeking a Lead Mobile Diesel Technician. You will perform DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and advanced repairs in a mobile/field setting, mentoring other technicians and coordinating with the Mobile Technician Manager.

Qualifications

• DOT inspections and preventative maintenance experience.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Able to mentor technicians and handle customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and DOT inspections on mobile fleets.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Maintain and document work on RO using TRAIT app.
• Manage parts and schedule with MTM andteam.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
