You will partner across teams to drive sales, loyalty, and a seamless client experience while upholding presentation standards and operational controls.

In this role, you’ll oversee budget management, vendor communications, and cross-functional initiatives with Buyers and Client Development Leads to enhance business results

• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing a department budget and store operations.
• Ability to analyze customer behavior and drive strategy.
• Collaborates effectively with buyers, clients, and cross-functional teams.

• Drive department performance and customer-first culture.
• Oversee merchandise operations, presentation, returns, and vendor communications.
• Lead team execution and address risks that impact results.
• Set department priorities and align projects with store goals.
• Review business performance with Buyers and implement improvement plans.
• Develop client engagement strategies with Client Development Leads.
• Plan and manage departmental budget, ensuring controlled expenses and revenue growth.
• Enforce audit controls and maintain stockroom controls.
