Job summary

The role supports senior management with master data management, payroll processes, and data-driven projects. Responsibilities include leading the member services team, coaching staff, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, agri-business, or related curriculum.
• 5 to 8 years of member payment, accounting, or related experience with leadership attributes.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the timely and accurate processing of member weight entry, customer balancing, and hauler payroll.
• Coordinate with accounting, field representatives, and logistics planning to streamline communication.
• Support senior management with data management, payroll processes, and special projects.
• Oversee daily team operations and the professional development of staff.
• Prepare reports and presentations for meetings with departments and external stakeholders.
