Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics to lead end-to-end warehouse fulfillment operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time processing.

You will drive process improvements, inventory control, and staffing strategies to meet peak demand while maintaining safety and cost targets. In this role you will partner with technology and operations to optimize warehouse systems, implement automation upgrades, and develop a high-accountability culture among supervisors and staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse fulfillment operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record leading high-volume warehouse fulfillment in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
• Strong expertise in fulfillment center operations, process optimization, and KPI-based performance management.
• Solid working knowledge of WMS, inventory control, labor management, and warehouse automation technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate fulfillment strategy into enforced policies, standard work, and performance standards across all fulfillment activities.
• Lead end-to-end warehouse fulfillment so orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Monitor inventory operations including inbound, put-away, cycle counts, and physical counts; investigate discrepancies.
• Lead measurable improvements in picking, packing, inventory management, and shipping workflows.
• Establish and maintain KPI tracking for order accuracy, on-time shipment, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity.
• Partner with tech and operations to implement and improve warehouse systems and automation solutions.
• Own projects including automation upgrades, capacity planning, and new fulfillment programs from business case through execution.
• Build labor and staffing strategies that support seasonal peaks and growth while controlling costs.
• Maintain safety and compliance as non-negotiable standards across the warehouse.
• Provide leadership and development to supervisors and staff to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across operations, IT, inventory, transportation, and customer service.
