Job summary

Radco in Brainerd, MN is seeking a hands-on Accounting and Payroll Manager to oversee our financial operations, payroll processing, and reporting. You will ensure compliance, prepare monthly statements, develop budgets, and provide timely information to executives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years accounting, 1–2 years payroll, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• 1–2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements per company guidelines.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and create financial forecasts.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable and receivable.
• Process bi-weekly and commission payrolls accurately.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Implement internal controls and streamline accounting processes.
• Respond to audits and inquiries from auditors and partners.
