Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and mentor a team, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance operations across plant assets.

You will implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs, utilize CMMS/ERP for planning, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with other departments and capital projects. Strong leadership and safety focus required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2–5 years of maintenance or related experience with leadership aptitude or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading and following safety policies and procedures.
• Certifications/licenses in electrical, boiler, refrigeration or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision to maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs to extend asset lifespan.
• Utilize ERP/CMMS to plan tasks, parts, and downtime efficiently.
• Ensure staff comply with GMP, safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate root cause analysis for breakdowns and support capital projects.
• Maintain records using computerized maintenance systems and reports.
