Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR programs under the HR manager, covering recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and compliance.

You will handle personnel transactions, maintain records, and provide excellent customer service to employees and leadership. Key duties include administering recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and EEO/AAP reporting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of progressive generalist HR experience.
• Experience with HR information systems and MS Office.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer the recruitment process for non-exempt and exempt positions.
• Coordinate onboarding and new employee setup.
• Process payroll and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Administer benefits enrollment and FMLA/STD programs.
• Prepare EEO/AAP reporting documents.
• Provide HR policy guidance to managers.
