Job summary

RadNet, Inc. in California is seeking a maintenance supervisor to direct daily maintenance operations and supervise a team of maintenance staff. You will implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs, use SAP for planning, and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and sanitation requirements.

You will mentor staff, manage downtime, and collaborate with the maintenance manager on capital projects while maintaining accurate records and promoting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of maintenance or related experience with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading safety policies and procedures.
• Electrical, welding, boiler, refrigeration, compressed air, wastewater, or plumbing licenses or certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction and supervision to maintenance staff to ensure efficient delivery of maintenance services.
• Implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs to extend asset life and reduce downtime.
• Use SAP to plan tasks, parts, and timelines and monitor maintenance activities.
• Ensure staff understands work practices and procedures and follows safety policies.
• Support capital projects and maintain accurate records for compliance and performance.
