Qualifications

• A good working knowledge of accounting practices.
• Proficiency in accounting and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Preparing complete financial statements monthly according to company guidelines.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and create financial forecasts.
• Develops, reviews, and enhances financial and statistical reports to ensure timely reporting to executives.
• Perform general accounting functions including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and year-end audit prep.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Processing our bi-weekly and commission payrolls accurately and timely, resolving discrepancies.
• Maintaining payroll system, setting up new hires, benefits, deductions, and more.
• Recommend, design, and implement internal controls; streamline accounting operations.
