Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates workflow of phlebotomists in Specimen Processing area.
• Serves as Charge Medical Technologist in absence of supervisor.
• Ensures accurate transportation of lab supplies, equipment, and specimens.
• Follows regulatory guidelines in handling laboratory specimens.
• Communicates effectively with staff and customers.
• Maintains documentation of instrument maintenance and QC.
• Assists with training of students and new employees.
