North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a Medical Technologist Lead to support supervision, scheduling, quality control, and workflow organization in the pathology lab. The role requires strong LIS proficiency and regulatory knowledge to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Medical Technology with ASCP eligibility, and prior experience in hospital pathology. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with opportunities for professional growth within NMHS.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology is required or strongly preferred.
• ASCP certification or eligibility is preferred.
• Experience in hospital pathology/lin lab environments is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate workflow of pathology technicians and assist the MT Lead.
• Coordinate and supervise specimen handling and processing activities.
• Assist with scheduling, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
