Job summary

Qualifications

• Assists with scheduling, quality control, and maintenance programs.
• Coordinates transport of lab supplies, equipment, and specimens.
• Acts as Charge Medical Technologist in absence of supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow of phlebotomists in Specimen Processing.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and labeling of specimens.
• Communicate effectively with NMHS staff, patients, and families.
• Assist with training of students and new employees.
• Maintain instrument monthly maintenance records and QC documentation.
