• Monitor and assign work, provide input on performance, resolve daily workplace issues, maintain efficient workflow.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments; verify demographics and insurance; coordinate transfers when needed.
• Liaise among Advanced MSA staff, MSA staff, patients and interdisciplinary staff; train new clinic personnel.
