Millennium Physician Group seeks a Medical Receptionist Lead to own complex front office workflows, patient access, and documentation. You will coordinate with care center leadership and clinical staff to resolve operational barriers, support process improvements, and train other staff on patient support tasks.

Ideal candidates bring strong clerical experience, excellent communication, and a patient-focused approach while adhering to HIPAA standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of clerical, customer service or healthcare office experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of EHR systems and Microsoft Office expected.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication are essential.
• Candidate must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex patient access, scheduling, and front office workflows across systems.
• Serve as primary resource for advanced clinical support processes and escalations.
• Review front office work for accuracy and timeliness per procedures.
• Train and support staff on patient workflows and documentation standards.
• Recommend process changes to improve access, efficiency, and data quality.
• Coordinate with care center leadership and teams to resolve operational barriers.
