Job summary
Dexcom is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to own the development and characterization of biosensing processes and equipment from concept to pilot, with ramp to full production. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver feasible, high-capability manufacturing processes and oversee DOE studies for process down-selection.
You will mentor engineers, implement inspections, risk mitigations, and develop tests, protocols and reports to document feasibility activities and scale up
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or higher) is required.
- Experience leading development and transfer of processes in an R&D/manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong data analysis, DOE execution, and technical reporting experience.
Responsibilities
- Own development and characterization of processes and equipment from concept to pilot and scale-up.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and communicate with leadership.
- Apply biosensing and signal processing knowledge to sensor fabrication and DOEs.
- Lead diverse cross-functional teams to achieve feasible, high-capability processes.
- Partner with vendors to develop equipment and integrate into Dexcom processes.
