Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking engineers to design and integrate equipment and processes to manufacture R&D scale builds that will scale into commercial production. You will develop DOE evaluation systems for R&D projects and manage project timelines while guiding leadership with updates.

You will lead material characterization, dispensing, and cure-related projects, including root-cause analysis and second sourcing, in a regulated quality system. Strong CAD and data-analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with substantial industry experience.
• Experience in R&D to pilot and scale manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks and data analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines and report updates to leadership.
