Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with data conversion credentials.
• BLS certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of MA experience in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to the medical assisting team, including training and mentoring.
• Oversee workflow and resource utilization to ensure timely patient care.
• Coordinate patient intake, vitals, and preparation for examination.
• Assist with complex procedures and quality control programs.
• Serve as liaison between clinical staff, Practice Manager, and physicians.
