Northeast Community Clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant, Lead to supervise the back office staff and perform patient care activities under professional staff direction.

Responsibilities include vitals, phlebotomy, injections, patient flow management, and front-desk support. Travel between facilities may be required; bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Total dedication to quality patient care is expected.

Formación

• Microsoft Office suite and data entry

• Travel up to 10% outside local area

Responsabilidades

• Supervise back office staff and oversee patient flow.
• Interview and orient patients; obtain signatures and forms.
• Check charts for completeness and accuracy.
• Counsel patients about program services.
• Perform phlebotomy, injections, vitals, and basic exam assistance.
• Direct patients to maintain clinic flow and route charts.
• Maintain and stock dispensary; stock exam rooms.
• Assist providers during exams and routine procedures.
• Process lab specimens and document results.
• Handle front desk tasks: phones, scheduling, check-in.
• Adhere to policies and procedures; other duties as assigned.

Conocimientos

Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Outlook

Bi-lingual Spanish/English (preferred)

Educación

Medical Assistant Certificate, CMA or higher

High School Diploma or GED

Six-month supervisory experience
