Job summary

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 8–14 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership, ES&H and subcontract management skills in large-scale industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years total.
• Extensive experience in large-scale industrial or M&T construction projects.
• Strong ES&H knowledge, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule and labor optimization on the craft workforce.
• Maintain 90-day and 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Inspect site for unsafe conditions and correct deficiencies.
• Coordinate safety training with the ES&H Supervisor.
• Enforce the Zero Accident Philosophy and applicable safety codes.
• Monitor craft activities for conformance with drawings and specs.
• Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for recruitment and training.
• Review craft time records and manage subcontract performance.
