Collins Aerospace in Wilson, NC is seeking a production associate for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM) to assemble parts, run basic tooling, and meet customer deadlines. The role is onsite and may require overtime.

You will read procedures and routings, demonstrate proper use of hand and machine tools, and help ensure parts meet quality standards. Requires HS diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience; long standing and overtime flexibility is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to set up, assemble parts, and load components.
• Demonstrate proper use of hand and machine tools with basic troubleshooting.
• Read and follow procedures, routings, and work instructions accurately.
• Maintain quality standards with no defects and identify part defects when they occur.
• Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Rotate to different workstations as needed to meet business needs.
