Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Mechanical Assembler I for the 2nd shift in Burnsville, MN. You will perform routine assembly tasks, inspect parts, and prepare products for shipment, while maintaining high quality and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires use of hand tools and ability to read blueprints. Training on 1st shift may be required for 3–4 months, with a 2nd shift schedule from 3:00pm to 1:30am, Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED and U.S. Person status as defined by regulations.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred and CRC is preferred.
• Ability to read schematics/technical drawings.
• Willingness to complete training modules and follow assembly instructions.
• Ability to work in an environment with repetitive tasks and maintain safety and quality.
