RTX is hiring for a 2nd shift manufacturing position in Wilson, NC. You will lead a small team, assist in setting up and assembling parts, and ensure parts meet quality standards while following procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent (US) with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Career Readiness Certification (CRC) strongly preferred.
• Interpret schematics and/or technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to learn set up, assemble parts, and load parts.
• Demonstrate proper use of hand and machine tools with basic troubleshooting.
• Read and follow procedures, routing, and work instructions.
• Ensure product quality meets standards and no defects.
