Collins Aerospace is seeking personnel for 2nd shift assembly at our US Wilson, NC site. You will learn to set up, assemble, and load parts, reading simple procedures and drawings while maintaining quality. The role requires standing for long periods and willingness to work overtime as needed.

We expect a HS diploma or GED, with manufacturing experience preferred. The team emphasises safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or vocational/technical education.
• Ability to read procedures, routing and schematics.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, and load parts.
• Read and follow procedures, routing and work instructions.
• Maintain quality standards with no defects; identify defects and escalate.
• Build parts meeting deadlines while upholding safety standards.
• Rotate between workstations as needed and sustain clean work area.
