Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an onsite assembler in Wilson, NC for first shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM with potential overtime). You will learn to set up, assemble, and load parts, and must read procedures and follow work instructions to meet quality standards.

Minimum two years of manufacturing experience and a HS diploma or GED are required. Overtime may be needed; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma (or GED) in US or equivalent.
• Two or more years of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience interpreting schematics/technical drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, and load parts.
• Read and follow procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain quality standards and identify defects.
• Rotate between stations and support department objectives.
• Report progress and safety concerns to supervisor.
• Comply with EH&S policies and wear PPE as required.
