Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Materials Management Coordinator for Life Sciences North America in Guaynabo, PR. You will oversee material control for major equipment and materials on multi-million-dollar projects, ensuring efficient transaction handling and integration with project teams.

The role requires 4+ years in materials management, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field; or equivalent years of experience.
4+ years of capital equipment field material control or warehouse materials management.
Experience supporting Biopharmaceutical/Life Sciences projects or similar industrial environments preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish (required) with ability to support local and global stakeholders.
Experience using Materials Management/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Smart Materials, etc.).

Responsibilities

Manage material control transactions for purchased complex materials/equipment on mid to large projects.
Coordinate material control activities and support integration with other project functions.
Lead on projects with accountability for team members and ongoing objectives.
Mentor junior team members and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
