Job summary

Jacobs in the United States is seeking an experienced EPCM Project Director for the Life Sciences North America group. You will lead planning, engineering, procurement, construction management and design-build delivery for advanced manufacturing facilities.

You’ll drive project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, mentoring PMs and engineers while fostering strong client relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• minimum 15 years EPCM project experience in industrial facilities, with 5+ years in Life Science.
• Mentor for PMs and Project Engineers; strong safety culture.
• Experience managing multi-office/global projects and complex budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPCM project management for Life Science facilities from scope to closeout.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and earned value; forecast design costs.
• Prepare proposals and client solutions to meet needs; oversee procurement and commissioning.
• Mentor teams and maintain strong client relationships; travel as needed.
