Job summary

Jacobs Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project HSE Specialist to support a Life Sciences North America project in Carolina/Guaynabo, PR. You will lead HSE activities on site, partner with the Project Manager and HSE Lead, and ensure no injuries and no disruption to the client’s operations.

You will conduct incident investigations, oversee hazard assessments, and drive BeyondZero initiatives with a focus on safety training and field leadership across subcontractors and Jacobs staff.

Qualifications

• HSE certification or safety degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in construction HSE and managing subcontractor safety.
• Experience delivering safety training, toolbox talks, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE support and leadership to the CM project in Puerto Rico.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Lead and coordinate safety training and toolbox talks for site personnel.
