Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Materials Management Coordinator Professional for Life Sciences North America (LSNA). You will manage material control for major capital equipment on large projects, coordinate with Project Procurement Manager, and lead on-site activities. Fluency in English and Spanish, plus experience with SAP/Oracle/NetSuite, are required. A bachelor's degree and 4+ years in material control are expected, with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in related field.
• 4+ years of experience in capital equipment field material control or warehouse materials management.
• Experience in Biopharmaceutical / Life Sciences projects preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience using Materials Management / ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Smart Materials).

Responsibilities

• Handle material management for purchased major capital equipment and materials on mid to large projects.
• Coordinate material control transactions and align with Project Procurement Manager and Construction Manager.
• Support local and global stakeholders with clear communication.
