Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to resolve quality barriers and address non-conforming material issues.
• Coordinate inspections with manufacturing resources to ensure product requirements are met.
• Use measuring devices and gauges to evaluate quality.
• Lead 5S activities and maintain a clean work environment.
• Own inventory transactions and BOM comparisons.
• Monitor productivity and pace to meet/exceed goals.
• Complete departmental metrics and paperwork.
• Report inconsistencies to supervisor and influence resolution paths.
