Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
10+ years manufacturing/distribution/assembly experience typical.
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work from verbal and written instructions.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member to meet production goals.
Shows leadership through core competencies.

Responsibilities

Leads efforts to resolve quality barriers and addresses non-conforming material issues.
Liaises with manufacturing resources to coordinate inspection of products, assemblies, or machines.
Uses measuring devices, gages, and basic hand tools to evaluate quality.
Leads 5S activities and maintains a clean work environment.
Accountable for audit results; aligns resources to eliminate errors.
Processes interdepartmental and site storage handling needs.
Monitors and pace-sets productivity to meet goals.
Completes departmental metrics and paperwork.
Performs inventory transactions with BOM comparisons.
Uses Job Hazard Analysis for safety training and supports safety program.
Reports inconsistencies and escalates resolution paths.
