Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business operations management or another related discipline is preferred.
• Master’s degree in related discipline is a plus.
• 5 years’ experience in Plant management.
• Excellent knowledge of progressive manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Develops systems and drives continuous improvement, implementing Lean methodologies and Visual Factory.
• Develops strategy, budgets and facility objectives with Director of Operations.
• Ensure production teams comply with safety regulations and company policy.
• Maintain positive employee relations and drive a collaborative culture.
